ElderberryMD charges physicians a subscription to coordinate care for their panel. That model means our incentives are aligned with your physician's — not with advertisers who want to sell you things.

How is this different from a regular health-app ad?
Fair question. Most health apps reach you through ads, then monetize you through more ads or data sales. ElderberryMD is different in three ways:
- Your physician chose it. You're here because your physician sent you a link — not because an algorithm targeted you.
- We're paid by your physician, not by advertisers. Our revenue comes from physician subscriptions. We have no financial reason to push ads at you or sell your data.
- We publish our ad trigger publicly. The conditions that would allow patient ads are written down and public. Right now, none of those conditions are met. Read the full policy.
