Our mission is to give everyone on earth access to the sum of all health knowledge — and to put the services and tools to act on it in the hands of patients and the providers who care for them.
We are a compassion company. We believe better health is a human right — not a privilege of geography, income, or your ability to navigate a broken system alone.
For patients
Expert-level care coordination and clear, evidence-grounded answers — always free.
For providers
The back office, the tools, and the clinical AI that let an independent practice thrive.
Born from necessity
ElderberryMD began the way most things that matter do: someone needed it to exist. Our founder — a healthcare architect who had spent a decade building the platforms that run Medicare and coordinate care — was handed a T-cell lymphoma diagnosis.
If anyone could navigate the system, it was him. And yet he met a string of misdiagnoses. His care was fragmented across specialists who never spoke to one another. Records were scattered. No one held the complete picture. Answers took months.
So he did the only thing that made sense: he built a system that worked. Alongside physicians, medical assistants, and engineers, ElderberryMD started as a pilot — aggregate the patient’s data, coordinate across every provider, synthesize it, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
The results were immediate. We took on people whose problems had been neglected for years — in some cases decades — and we solved them.
The people ElderberryMD has cared for are thriving today — monitored, coordinated, and no longer carrying the system on their own.
If someone with deep expertise in how healthcare works could nearly fall through the cracks, the system is broken for everyone. We exist to fix that — for everyone, everywhere we can reach.

What ElderberryMD is
One company, one connected platform, one purpose.
A compassion company
ElderberryMD is built as a humanitarian, mission-first company — designed to deliver better care to everyone, and care to people who had none before. Profit is the fuel, never the point. The point is access.
The Care Platform
A real human Care Team working alongside software that runs the work of healthcare — coordination, records, refills, prior authorizations, after-hours, and more — for patients and the providers who serve them. One connected platform instead of a dozen disconnected portals.
Clinical AI made for humanity
Our clinical AI — AskEvidence and AI Scribe — exists to amplify human care, never to replace it. It is built to benefit humanity, not to chase a profit motive: tools your clinicians wield, grounded in evidence, in service of the patient in front of them.
Because the data belongs to the people.
A person’s health record is one of the most personal things they own. For too long it has been locked inside closed, proprietary systems — hard to move, hard to use, and rarely working for the patient. We believe care should never be held captive by software.
Open by standard
We build on open healthcare standards like FHIR, so a patient’s data stays portable and interoperable — never trapped behind one vendor’s walls.
Owned by the patient
Records, results, and history belong to the patient and the clinician who cares for them. Our role is to organize that information and hand it back — usable.
Free for patients. That is the whole point.
Access to care should never depend on what you can pay. Patients never pay ElderberryMD — not a subscription, not a copay to us, not a catch. Practices fund the platform so that care can reach the people who need it most. Free access isn’t a marketing tactic; it is the mission. It is how we expand care to people who had none.
We exist to help the independent physician thrive
The independent practice — the doctor who knows your name and your history — is disappearing under administrative weight. We refuse to let that be the end of the story.
ElderberryMD takes the back office off the physician’s desk and puts modern tools and clinical AI in their hands, so they can stay independent and do the thing they trained for: care for patients. When the independent physician thrives, patients win — and so does medicine.
What thriving looks like
- Hours back — the inbox, refills, and prior auths, handled
- Stay independent — no rip-and-replace, no selling to a system
- Modern tools — documentation and evidence, built in
- Free for their patients — better care they can offer at no cost
From one pilot to a global mission
We were founded under the pilot in 2022, and we have been at the work ever since.
Proof the model works
ElderberryMD was founded as a pilot that proved coordinated, expert care changes outcomes — turning a 72-month diagnosis into six. Everything since has grown from that proof.
Scaling the model with care and AI
We are automating and scaling that same proven model — a human Care Team amplified by clinical AI — free for patients and freemium for the providers who serve them.
Humanitarian care, worldwide
Our long-term mission reaches beyond any one country: humanitarian work around the globe, focused on refugees and the most underserved populations — bringing the sum of health knowledge, and real care, to people the system has never reached.
Care for all. Care where there was none.
That is the work. If it is the work you believe in too, come build it with us — or let us care for you.
