Yes. Patient access is free. ElderberryMD is paid for by the physician practices that use us to manage their patient communication and coordination. You never pay anything to use the patient app.
Do I need my doctor to be on ElderberryMD?
No. ElderberryMD connects you with your existing physician's practice when they're on the platform, and if your provider isn't yet, you can still sign up and we'll help you get your care team connected. Don't have a doctor on ElderberryMD? We'll help you find an in-network provider, or you can get care now with a same-day visit.
Is my health information private?
Yes. ElderberryMD is built on HIPAA-compliant infrastructure. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. Your records are yours.
Will it always be free?
Patient access is free today, and that is our intention going forward. If we ever introduce optional premium features, we will communicate clearly before anything changes — and core access will remain free.
