What you will do
You sell to independent primary care practices with 1 to 15 physicians in family, internal or general medicine. The buyer is the owner physician or the practice administrator. These practices already pay for an EHR, e-prescribing and patient messaging, and their staff are overloaded. The sale is a relationship built through a demo and a paid trial.
- Source and qualify independent primary care practices.
- Run demos, with our team supporting you on materials and product questions.
- Match each practice to the right subscription tier based on its inbox volume, prior authorization load and coverage gaps.
- Move practices from demo to paid trial to adoption, and stay close through the trial.
- Keep your pipeline current in our CRM and bring objections and field notes back to the team.
What you bring
- Experience selling to small physician practices: healthcare SaaS, practice management software, medical devices, medical billing or similar.
- Relationships with physician owners and practice administrators, or a proven way to reach them.
- Comfort running a full sales cycle on your own, from prospecting to close.
Compensation
Uncapped commission with recurring trailing revenue on every account you sign. You earn on every practice you sign for as long as that practice stays. Plan on a 3 to 6 month ramp to your first close.
About ElderberryMD
ElderberryMD provides care coordination, patient advocacy and office administration services for independent primary care practices. Our coordinators take over the work that buries a small practice: the inbox, prescription refills, prior authorizations from submission through appeal, records requests, referrals and follow-up between visits. Our clinical AI drafts and tracks that work, so we can price the service low enough for small practices.
Why we built it
Landon Wiedenman spent his career in healthcare technology, including telehealth infrastructure at SteadyMD and Medicare quality reporting systems at Bellese. Then he became the patient. The median delay to a diagnosis of T-cell lymphoma like his is 36 months (Scarisbrick et al., Br J Dermatol). His took six months because a coordinated team worked his care. ElderberryMD brings that coordinated care to every practice we serve.

In an emergency, call 911. ElderberryMD is not an emergency service and is not a substitute for one. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. If you are in emotional distress or thinking about suicide, call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, available 24/7. ElderberryMD can help connect you with ongoing mental-health care, but it is not a crisis line and is not a substitute for one.
